Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary by carrier, weather, and other factors outside our control. Title and risk of loss generally pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.
Returns & Refunds

Promotions, Discounts & Final Sale Items

Return and Refund Policy

Returns window (unopened items): You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused, and sealed items in their original packaging.

Opened items: For safety and quality reasons, we generally don’t accept returns on opened/used products. Exceptions: we will work with you if an item arrives defective or damaged.

Final sale items: Sale/discounted items are final sale and can’t be returned or refunded, except where required by law or if the item is defective/damaged.

Return shipping: For eligible non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return without tracking.

How to start a return: Please contact us via our Contact page within the return window to request a return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Condition of returns: Returned items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds (original payment method): Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing timeframe: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged/defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us via our Contact page as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-returnable items: Opened/used products are not returnable unless defective or damaged. Sale/discounted items are final sale (no returns/refunds) except where required by law or if defective/damaged.
